Appraiser

After 6 months time, reached this day finally. Appraiser, with my superior, a project manager. Its quite a simple and relax, and i have no prepare, and never think to prepare. Let it natural being.
A question make me think some seconds was......
"WHAT IS FIVE BIG GOALS YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE." really what the hell, i think HR expected us to state and answer in the way of what to be in the future, in order for them look for our passion. But, i not gonna to answering as their scheme answer, sorry also have to said make them to disappointed. It's not relate to my job at all for now or even future, which are,
1. Financial freedom
2.Honour of DATO`
3.Get Respected
4.Trust Worthy
5.knowledges
I think usually they are get used to saw people wrote want to be project manager, richest man or boss as well. Eventhough it may be affect my appraiser result, it`s ok to me not being the best result, a game start with too perfectly will ended with horrible disaster. For me, i looking for pepople who can continue improving over the times, a man start with 100%, even 100% is his maximum, but we still expect he can exceed that with 110% at the future. Hence, always keep and don't reveal your last card, it's just starting of the game.
